Whenever I want you, all I have to do is dream, dream dream dream, dream...
So, last night to make myself drink ginger ale, I made it into a shirley temple. This is now officially the default policy on ginger ale.
And I had some of the cheese straws my mother brought home from Wisconsin. Seriously one of the most delicious things I have ever eaten. I could eat them ALL THE TIME.
I had a dream last night that I was at a concert where there were some terribly dangerous riots going on. This big man was swinging a long-handled ax, and I was weilding only a stick, and I was trying to defend both myself and this very heavyset rockstar, who had for some reason come down into the crowd beside me.
The man with the ax managed to cut my face, and make little cuts all over me, taunting me. I backed up with Rockstar behind me, fending off some of his blows while just sustaining others. Rockstar fell to the ground, for some reason, which distracted the axeman, so I told him "drop the fucking ax" and hit him in the head with the stick. He fell to the ground, and so I helped Rockstar up and we got on.
I woke in the middle of the night, once again, and when I went back to sleep, I dreamed that Rockstar, only thinner, more Bono and less Elvis, was helping me look for my assigned spot for the end of the world. There was this huge list of places people could hide in the state I'm in, and for some reason, people could only hide in their assigned spots to weather the end of the world. And on the radio, I heard that our state was one of the only ones to believe in the end of the world. As I hid in my parents' house, after looking through a stadium for my spot, my mom and Aunt Joni came through, trying to drink chai tea.
But here's the strange thing. In my dreams lately, when people want to drink chai, they have to do it by tapping off of sticky brown dots in a trail around a room that they place. So... in my dreams, drinking chai kinda looks like doing drugs. :P
Time to go look at phones with my sister. I get a discount on an upgrade in t-minus a month and a half. Can't wait.
